Regarding the adoption of new legislation regulating the protection of personal data (Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), a whole range of obligations has arisen for us.   • you are entitled to be informed about the rectification, erasure of your personal data or the restriction of their processing if this does not prove to be impossible or involve disproportionate effort,
  • you are entitled to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit these personal data to another controller, if technically feasible,
  • you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data due to the lack of legitimate interest in the processing of personal data, or the absence of a legal claim. We may not process personal data until proven,
  • you are entitled not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. In that case, it is necessary to review this decision by a human agent,
  • you are entitled to lodge a complaint to initiate proceedings in order that the national authority in the field of personal data protection can determine whether there was any infringement of the rights of natural persons when your personal data were processed.

It applies for all your requests, if they were submitted in electronic form, that we will provide information in electronic form, if you have not requested the provision of information in another way. In the case of a different form of your request, the form of the answer will be chosen by us but always in a way that the answer is delivered.

It applies for all your requests that they are handled free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs or refuse to act on the request if the character of the complaint is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive character.
